So really... what are Japanese Promos? Here are the facts:
Set Size: whatever in Japan
Japanese promos, up until recently, were never numbered. I personally have no clue how many there are.
Other Goodies:
• I personally never paid much attention to Japanese promos up until recently (now that they were easier to keep a track of), so... yeah.
Other Images:
• Batoraa's Kirlia
• Fyuunsu's Absol
Symbol: The symbol for Japanese promos have always varied, but now they use the Wizards' Promo Star:
