Hitmonchan	02	2003	League Promo	They kept the whole "Best Of" notion alive by releasing Base Hitmonchan, a powerhouse of its day.
Professor Elm	03	2003	BattleZone Delegates Promo	This Reverse Holo Elm promo was sent out to Pokémon Professors who would help promote the new BattleZone League. It's really rare... for now. ;)
