So really... what is Fossil? Here are the facts:

Set Size: 62 in the US, 48 in Japan
In the US, Fossil was expanded (yet decreased) to 62 cards, since Wizards did the holo/non-holo deal again AND they took Mew out of the set.

Set Order: 3rd set in the US, 3rd set in Japan

Release Date: October 10th, 1999 in the US; ??? in Japan
Fossil was originall planned to be released in the US around January 2000 (based on original Jungle estimates). But because Jungle was pushed ahead, so was Fossil.

Other Goodies:
• Wizards had decided to take Mew out of Fossil and turn it into a Pokémon League Promo card. At first, people HATED this move.... but then it was those same people who walked out of the Pokémon League with 11 of them.

Symbol: The symbol for Fossil was a claw.

Idealy, FakeCard.com looks best at 1024 X 786 and at millions (16.7 million) of colors, but it looks decent at 800 x 600 and at thousands (65,536) of colors. Any less and it starts to look crappy.

Don't read this.
